Esta es una galería de los danzantes que están en el Zócalo, estas fotos se tomaron en época navideña y he llegado a ver más, visten las vestmentas típicas y bailan al compás de la música del gran bombo. This is a gallery of the dancers that are on the Zocalo, Federal District, this pictures was taken on Christmas days and I've seen more of them, they whear typical clothes and they dance at the tythm of the music of the big drum. |
CHAYOTE ESPINOSO THORNY CHAYOTE 
El chayote espinoso es un fruto con mucho líquido que se come hervido o crudo con una cuchara, esta es la versión espinosa ya que también hay sin espinas. Este vendedor recorre las calles del centro del distrito federal vendiendo iguanas de goma espuma, otra de sus especialidades que no se ve en la foto son los autitos de juguete con un globo, el globo se infla y el carrito sale volando, en algunos casos da la sensación que corre en el piso. En México se acostumbra a adornar las casas con motivos navideños muy originales y por supuesto el gobierno hace el resto en este caso se adornó el Zócalo muy completo y se instaló una pista de patinaje (la mas grande en el mundo) que hicieron que las fiestas en el Distrito se vieran geniales. PUESTO DE RASPADOS (HIELO) SCRAPED ICE VENDOR 
Los Raspados son una especie de golosina, como tantas hay en México, consiste en raspar el hielo para obtener la escarcha en un vaso y cubrirlo con jugos concentrados (jarabes) de tamarindo, grosella mango y cualquier fruta que se pueda concentrar en nectar azucarado, se come con una cuchara como si fuera helado o nieve. ESQUITES Y HELOTES ESQUITES AND CORN 
Los helotes es el maiz entero, bueno se acostumbra a venderlo hervido, clavado en un palo, untado con mayonesa y espolvoreado con queso y chile molido (piquin). Los esquites son los dientes del helote ya cortados del maiz y preparados de la misma manera con sal, queso rayado y chile. The whole corn gets boiled and nailed in a stick, then has over mayonnaise, and over dusted cheese, and over chili. The esquites are the tooths of the corn already cutted off and prepared on the same way, cheese, salt and chili. |

Los tacos de carnitas son de carne de cerdo, en esta imagen podemos ver dos tacos y la mesa donde los preparan, atrás de la mesa a la izquierda se ve el perol o cazo que es una cacerola enorme donde frien la carne en misma grasa, la carne es blanda, tierna y deliciosa. Alejados de la gran ciudad pero no tanto existen lugares donde despedazan carros (autos chocados) y las partes las organizan y revenden en este caso vemos los rines o tasas y los cobertores, en esa parte de la autopista abundan en diferentes partes vendiendo usados (accidentes) y a veces nuevos.
